League Format

The rules shall be known as 'blackball' and follow the same format as the WDPL winter league.

Matches are to be played on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays and results of game must be texted or called in by midday day by the winner AND loser.

There will be no chasing of games or results and it is the responsibility of both players to make sure results are in and on time.

2 points (to a minimum of zero points) will be deducted from each player not having the result in on time.

If you cannot get a game played and need to rearrange then please play your game BEFORE the date and inform Dan (07723 917144)

All matches will consist of 7 frames in the league format with a lag for first break then alternate breaks thereafter. All frames MUST be played.

Every frame won is a single point with a bonus point for each 7ball clearance.

At the end of the league stage the top 4 from each group will create a last 16 knockout.

Knockout stage - Last 16 Format : played at neutral venue - best of 13
